All sales are final. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order you must contact the studio within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If you have a Promo Code / Studio Credit, you must use it at the time the order is placed. Credits are not applicable on previously placed orders.
For redo requests please contact the studio immediately. Please save all packaging that your order shipped in.
If your order was damaged in transit please save all shipping and packaging materials and contact the studio immediately.
All orders drop ship directly to you from our lab via UPS Ground. Expect to receive your order in approximately 10 business days.
